Our initial therapeutic focus is in osteoarthritis, a leading cause of disability that affects more than 27 million adults in the U.S. and more than 80 million people worldwide. We are currently advancing first-in-class drug candidates that have the potential to treat mild, moderate and severe forms of this debilitating disorder.
